By default, the system automatically creates a professional cover letter based on the data from your application. If desired, you can use your own subject line and cover letter text to highlight your key skills and experience.
The second mailing is not a resend to all companies, but a special service to increase the effectiveness of the first mailing. The application is sent only to those companies that did not process your resume in the first mailing. For maximum delivery efficiency, we use special technologies: sending letters in small groups, using verified domains, and optimizing sending times. This significantly reduces the likelihood of letters ending up in spam and increases the chances of your application being processed by companies.
The cost of mailing depends on two main factors: the number of selected companies for mailing and the choice of an additional service - Complex mailing x2 - (resending to companies that did not process the application the first time).
The mailing starts on the selected working day. In case of high load, the sending may be postponed to the next working day. We guarantee processing within 48 working hours (Mon-Fri). If it is not possible to complete the mailing on time, you will be offered to postpone the date or a refund according to the conditions in the "Payment for Services" section.
According to our Refund Policy and Terms of Use, the responsibility for the accuracy of contact information lies entirely with the user. After the mailing begins, the service is considered rendered, and no refunds are made.
Refunds for digital services, including mailing, are not provided, as the process of data processing and preparation for mailing (contact verification, document formatting, sending time optimization) begins immediately after payment. Exceptions are possible only in case of technical problems on our side (within 12 hours) or in case of erroneous double payment (within 12 hours).
The responsibility for the accuracy of contact information (phone, email, and other data) lies entirely with the sailor/client. You must carefully check all information before sending the mailing. In cases of providing incorrect contact details, no compensation is provided.
